Verification and updating ofmcipient contact information <br />The recipient must verify its Point of Contact(POC), Financial Point of Contact (FPOC), and Authorized <br />Representative contact information in GMS, including telephone number and e-mail address. Many information is <br />incorrect or has ebanged, a Grant Adjusmrent Notice (GAN) must be submitted via the Grants Management System <br />(GbIS) to document changes. <br />34, Law enforcement task forces - required training <br />Within 120 days of award acceptance, each current member of x law enfomement task force funded with award funds <br />who is a task force commander, agency executive, task fame officer, or other task farce member of equivalent rank, <br />must complete required online (lnlemebbased) task farce training. Additionally, all furore task force members must <br />complete rids training once during the period of perfotra lace for this award, or once every four years if multiple OIP <br />awards include this requirement <br />The required training is available free of charge online through the BIA-funded Center for Task Force Integrity and <br />Leadership (www.etfli.org). The training addresses task force effectiveness, as well as other key issues including <br />privacy and civil liberties/rights, husk fume performance measurement, personnel selection, and task force oversight and <br />j accountability. If award fands are used to support a task fame, the recipient must compile and maintain a task farce <br />personnel taster, along with course completion certificates. <br />Additional information regarding the training is available through BIA's web site and the Center for Task Force <br />integrity and Leadership (www.ctfli.org). <br />35. Required attendance at WA -sponsored events <br />The recipient (and its subreeipieats at any tier) must participate in B1A-sponsored enticing events, technical assistance <br />events, or conferences held by BIA or its designees, upon BIA's request. <br />36. fustlfication ofconsultznt rate <br />Approval of this award does not indicate approval of any consultant rate in excess of $650 per day.
