Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. ER-2017-142 and ER- <br />2018-106 were filed for the projects. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total construction delivery cost of the <br />project is $568,409, which includes the construction contract, contract administration, inspection, <br />testing, and project contingency.
