<br />25F. APPROVE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH MATCH POINT TENNIS ACADEMY <br />LLC. FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CABRILLO TENNIS <br />CENTER AND FOR THE OPERATOR TO MAKE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO <br />THE SITE AND PROVIDE A FEE PAYABLE TO THE CITY STARTING IN 2024 <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 6} – Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute a license <br />agreement with Match Point Tennis Academy, LLC. for the operation and <br />maintenance of the Cabrillo Tennis Center for a 15-year term from January 1, 2020 to <br />December 31, 2034 and for the operator to make capital improvements to the site <br />and provide a fee payable to the City starting in 2024 that will be deposited in the <br />General Fund, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25G. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WORKFORCE <br />DEVELOPMENT BOARD FOR THE PRISON TO EMPLOYMENT <br />IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORTIVE SERVICES EARN AND LEARN GRANT <br />($2,510,850) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 2, 4} – Community Development Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement M0113521 with the State of California Workforce Development Board for <br />the Prison to Employment Implementation Supportive Services Earn and Learn <br />Grant, for a term commencing December 1, 2019 through March 31, 2022, for an <br />amount not to exceed $2,510,850, subject to non-substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2019-XXX). <br /> <br />25H. APPROVE A FIVE-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH AXON ENTERPRISE, INC. IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $1,272,036.01 TO PROVIDE TASER 7 EQUIPMENT TO THE <br />SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, 5} – Police <br />Department and Human Resources Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year <br />agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to provide Taser 7 equipment to the Santa <br />Ana Police Department, for the period of December 17, 2019, through December 16, <br />2024, in the amount of $1,272,036.01, subject to non-substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25I. AMEND AGREEMENT WITH SINGLE POINT ALLIANCE, INC., INCREASING <br />THE COMPENSATION BY $350,000, TO PROVIDE THE CENTRAL STORES <br />CONSIGNMENT INVENTORY PROGRAM FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MONTHS <br />(SPECIFICATION NO. 11-059) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1C} – Public Works <br />Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to amend the <br />agreement with Single Point Alliance, Inc., for the Central Stores Consignment <br />Inventory Program, increasing the compensation by $350,000, for a new total annual <br />amount not to exceed $1,267,500, and extending the term by five months for a new <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA 15 DECEMBER 17, 2019 <br /> <br /> <br />
