Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Pursuant to Section 3 of Agreement No. A-2016-309, entered into by Municipal Code <br />Corporation, a Florida corporation, and the City of Santa Ana, dated November 15, 2016, the term of <br />the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period from January 1, 2020 through <br />December 31, 2021. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover <br />this extension.
