Section 5701.1.1 On -Demand Mobile fueling is added as follows: <br />Section 5701.1.1 On -Demand Mobile fueling. On -demand mobile fueling of <br />Class I, II, and III liquids into the fuel tanks of vehicles is prohibited. <br />SECTION 28: Section 14-40 is hereby added as follows: <br />Sec. 14-40. — Flammable Gases and Flammable Cryogenic Fluids (Chapter <br />58) <br />Chapter 58 Flammable Gases and Flammable Cryogenic Fluids is adopted <br />with the exception of section 5809, in its entirety and with the following amendment: <br />Section 5801.1 Scope is revised as follows: <br />Section 5801.1 Scope. The storage and use of flammable gases and <br />flammable cryogenic fluids shall be in accordance with this chapter, NFPA 2 and <br />NFPA 55._Compressed gases shall also comply with Chapter 53 and cryogenic <br />fluids shall also comply with Chapter 55. Flammable cryogenic fluids shall <br />comply with Section 5806. Hydrogen motor fuel -dispensing stations and repair <br />garages and their associated above -ground hydrogen storage systems shall also <br />be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with Chapter 23. Mobile <br />fueling of gaseous and liquid hydrogen, compressed natural gas (CNG), and <br />liquefied natural gas (LNG) into the fuel tanks of vehicles is prohibited. <br />Exceptions: <br />1. Gases used as refrigerants in refrigeration systems (see Section <br />605). <br />2. Liquefied petroleum gases and natural gases regulated by Chapter <br />61. <br />3. Fuel -gas systems and appliances regulated under the California <br />Mechanical Code and the California Plumbing Code other than <br />gaseous hydrogen systems and appliances. <br />4. Pyrophoric gases in accordance with Chapter 64. <br />SECTION 29: Section 14-41 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 14-41. - Referenced standards (Chapter 80). <br />(a) NFPA 13, 2016 Edition, Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler <br />Systems is hereby amended as follows: <br />Ordinance No. NS-2981 <br />Page 26 of 33 <br />
