CINEMA hereby grants the use of its cinema space located at 305 E. 411 Street, Santa Ana <br />CA 92701, and the RENTER hereby agrees to use of the Cinema, all on the terms and conditions hereinafter contained. <br />1. TERMS AND AGREEMENTS (Please initial and sign where required) <br />RENTER shall have use of one auditorium for the following purposes only: Private Rental / Screening <br />RENTER shall have use of our lobby for the following purposes only: Event dfcor / check -in and/or merchandise tabling <br />RENTER will provide DCP, DVD and/or Blu Ray(s) as necessary for event. Back-up copy strongly advised. (initial) <br />On the following dates and times: Wednesdays, February 12th, March llth, April 8th <br />and May 13, 2020 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm <br />Date(s) and Ttme(s): <br />RENTER then agrees to adhere to Date(s) and Rental Time as stated/within in this rental contract on their invitations. _(Initial) <br />Staff - THE FRIDA CINEMA will provide for your use a cinema manager and/or staff member. The cinema staff to be provided on <br />the date(s) and time of use should be expected to perform the following duties: general technical assistance with sound and audio <br />required for standard cinema services, ticket booth, ushering and on -site management. If multiple films/media are being presented, <br />Renter to provide own staff member to switch out DVD's/run and start rilms, If necessary. _ (initial) <br />2. Payment as follows: The RENTER agrees to pay THE FRIDA CINEMA full balance of $2000.00 <br />via Electronic Payment (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account) by 12 1/19 , Fees are 100% fully refundable <br />provided cinema given no less than two -week (14 days) notice of need to cancel or reschedule. If Renter <br />elects to cancel within 3-13 days of event, Frida Cinema will retain $250 of Rental Fee and refund the rest <br />to Renter; if Renter elects to cancel within 3 days of event, Renter will not receive refund of any portion <br />of fees. If Renter elects to reschedule within 3-13 days of event, rental rate will be retained and applied <br />towards new rental date. Renter may not reschedule within 3 days of event. (initial <br />3. TICKETING (OPTIONAL) If ticketed event, RENTER is welcome to sell own tickets on their chosen third -party platform <br />(Eventbrite, Brown Paper Tickets, etc.). RENTER is also welcome to sell tickets through THE FRIDA CINEMA ticketing system, <br />which allows patrons to purchase tickets both online on our ticketing, as well as at box office. CINEMA charges service fee of75- <br />cents per ticket sold through system. After event, RENTER is provided with a report of tickets sold, and a check in the amount of <br />ticket revenue minus 75cents per ticket. Again this is optional, and RENTER may sell their tickets on any chosen platform. <br />_(initial) <br />
