<br />5. THE FRIDA CINEMA —CAPACITY AND ADDITIONAL SPECIAL EVENT POLICIES
<br />The RENTER is reserving only the dates specified in the contract. Date changes are permitted at the discretion of THE FRIDA
<br />CINEMA, Any permitted date changes must be made two weeks prior to the original contracted date to avoid forfeit of deposit. No
<br />guarantee is made to allow a date change,
<br />THE FRIDA CINEMA's Auditorhrina can each accommodate 205 guests. The venue will be ready to receive guests only at the

<br />If event is a film or music festival, acid/or if event involves third parties not referenced in this agreement, REWER must provide a
<br />detailed itinerary of event for dates and times of use Including names and contact information of all vendors, volunteers, workers or

<br />THE FRIDA CINEMA is not responsible for any personal items brought to or left behind at the venue.
<br />No other payments to be made by'1'IIE FRIDA CINEMA to any additional parties who may wish to contribute to or perform at event.
<br />RENTER agrees to comply with all city codes and ordinances as well as state and federal laws and regulations,
<br />6. EQUIPMENT AND DECORATIONS
<br />RENTER to arrange for - and carry all expenses for - any sound, lighting, and/or stage design necessary to conduct their act,'17I1.
<br />FRIDA CINEMA provides only basic oincma lighting for live events.
<br />Nothing can be stapled, nailed, or pinned to any part of THE FRIDA CINEMA property, Only freestanding decorations may be used,
<br />The RENTER shall return the cinema promises and Its contents in a reasonably similar condition to that in which it was received.
<br />The RENTER shall promptly and Immediately remove at the end of tine rental use period, as described in Section 1, above, any and all
<br />equipment of any kind or type, including, but not limited to: set pieces, props, decorations, musical instruments, or equipment. It is the
<br />REMITR's responsibility to return items to vendors or make arrangements for pick-ups the day of the event.
<br />The RENTER shall, at its own expense, comply with all applicable laws pertaining to its use of the Cinema, and wilt obtain and
<br />comply with all licenses or other legal authorizations required, and pay all applicable licensing fees, performance rights levios and
<br />royalties for any tit= and/or licensed materials exhibited to appropriate distributors and licensors, (initial)
<br />All event items, media/films, decorations, and materials must be removed from property upon conclusion of event and rental period,

<br />RENTER hereby indemnifies and holds Tire Frida Chimim, its managers, employees, Board of Directors, representatives and
<br />agents harmless for any liability or responsibility for any personal irguty or damage as a result of negligence, omission or mistake
