Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Capital Improvement Program to include <br />$2,092,796 in construction funds for the Gas Tax Local Street Improvements Fiscal Year 2019- <br />20 Project. <br />4. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Capital Improvement Program to include <br />$1,133,491 in construction funds for the Flower Street Sewer Manhole Improvements Project. <br />5. Award a construction contract to EBS General Engineering, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, <br />in accordance with the Base Bid and Additive Alternate 1 in the amount of $2,546,154, for <br />construction of the Local Street Improvement FY 2019-20 and Flower Street Sewer Manhole <br />20C-1 <br />
