<br />Mr. Argente will be ultimately
<br />responsible for assuring the City's
<br />satisfaction with the Tetra Tech team's work. He will
<br />assist our Project Manager with client and agency
<br />coordination. Mr. Argente has more than 28 years
<br />of combined planning and engineering experience
<br />in designing and supporting the construction of
<br />transportation improvement projects with equal
<br />attention to operational, environmental and aesthetic
<br />concerns. Mr. Argente specializes in urban planning
<br />and active transportation. He is a certified Envision TM
<br />Sustainability Professional.

<br />surface and park restoration.

<br />Justin Smith, PE
<br />Mr. Smith brings extensive
<br />knowledge in civil engineering
<br />from his involvement in a variety of
<br />municipal and federal projects of varying
<br />size and funding. His design experience includes
<br />parking lot and roadway geometrics, pedestrian
<br />accessibility improvements (ADA compliant sidewalks,
<br />curb ramps, cross walks, and ramps), bike trails,
<br />construction and post -construction BMPs, storm drain
<br />improvements including hydrologic and hydraulic
<br />design, overall utility plans, structural calculations,
<br />and grading activities varying from mass grading
<br />to final precise grading plans. His experience with
<br />construction support includes responding to RFIs,
<br />reviewing shop drawings, and attending construction
<br />meetings. Additional experience includes cost
<br />estimating, preparation of special provisions, utility
<br />research, and coordination with the project team and
<br />outside agencies.

<br />Mr. Helt's areas of expertise include

<br />surveys, construction staking,
<br />certification and monitoring, ALTA/
<br />ACSM surveys and high precision control
<br />networks. Additional experience consists of chain of
<br />title information, preparation of legal descriptions
<br />and geodetic control of remote sensing projects. His
<br />engineering background included hydrologic and
<br />hydraulic calculations and reports, and the detailed
<br />design of storm watertreatment, detention and
<br />conveyance systems.
