The MND found <br />that no areas of significant impacts were found from the construction of the proposed project. <br />Mitigation measures have been provided to address potential environmental impacts related to air <br />quality, biological resources, cultural and tribal cultural resources, geology and soils, greenhouse <br />gas emissions, hazards and hazardous materials, hydrology and water quality, noise, public <br />services, transportation/traffic, and utilities and service systems. <br />As required by code, the public hearing was posted on the project site ten (10) days prior to public <br />hearing date, notices were mailed to all property owners and occupants within 500 feet of the <br />project site ten (10) days prior to public hearing date, and a newspaper posting was published in <br />the Orange County Reporter ten (10) days prior to public hearing date. The project is not located <br />within an established neighborhood association.
