RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />SCHEDULE B <br />GENERAL RULES <br />All Licensees and their Vendors, guests and invitees shall comply with all applicable laws and government <br />rules and regulations. Any use of the Center to the contrary or in violation thereof shall be grounds for the <br />Owner to cancel the Event and Licensee's use of the Center and to remove Licensee and its guests and invitees <br />from the Center and to bar Licensee and such persons from further use thereof. <br />No live animals, with the exception of service animals, are to be brought onto the Center without the prior <br />written authorization of Owner. <br />Licensee and its guests and invitees shall not initiate false fire alarms. <br />No congregating or loitering in the Center's facility is permitted. <br />Jumpers, mechanical apparatus, climbing walls, etc. are not allowed in the center or in the parking lot <br />The Center is a non-smoking facility. No smoking, including vaping, is permitted inside the facility or in its <br />courtyard at any time. Designated smoking areas are located outside at least 100 feet away from the front door <br />of the Center. Owner may assess a $200 fine against Licensee for each occurrence that Licensee or its <br />Vendors, guests or invitees violate this regulation. <br />Drugs are not permitted in or on the Center's property, including parking areas. In the event of use of drugs or <br />illegal substances by Licensee or its Vendors, guests or invitees, Owner shall be entitled to notify the proper <br />law enforcement authorities and to terminate the Event and remove Licensee and its Vendors, guests, and <br />invitees from the Center. <br />RESTRICTION TO AUTHORIZED AREA <br />Licensee and its Vendors, guests and invitees will have access to the Authorized Area (as identified in the <br />Agreement) in the Center only and in no other areas of the Center. Children in attendance at the Event must <br />be monitored by Licensee and are to stay in the Authorized Area for the Event. Licensee must ensure that <br />children do not enter other areas of the Center. <br />SUPERVISION DURING EVENT <br />Licensee (or if Licensee is a business or government entity, Licensee's Representative as identified in the <br />Agreement) must be present at the Center for the entire duration of the Event. Licensee must provide (2) two <br />appointed persons in charge to be present on site for the duration of the Event to assist with the coordination <br />and supervision of the Event. <br />EVENT SPECIFICATIONS <br />At least thirty (30) days prior to the Event, Licensee must provide Owner with final and complete information <br />as to set-up specifications, schedules of activities, equipment/and or services required for the Event. Licensee <br />must submit this information in writing and Licensee or Licensee's Representative shall participate in a review <br />of the Event in a scheduled "walk-through" with Center operations staff both before and immediately <br />following the Event. Licensee must deliver to Owner a copy of Licensee's event agenda or program prior to <br />the Event. <br />
