ADOPT A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING NATIONAL COMMUNITY <br />RENAISSANCE OF CALIFORNIA SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES PROGRAM <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 2; 5, 3 & 6} – Community Development Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution supporting National Community <br />Renaissance of California’s submittal of a funding application for the Affordable <br />Housing and Sustainable Communities Grant Program for an amount not to exceed <br />$30,000,000 for the Legacy Square project located at 609 North Spurgeon Street, and <br />if awarded, authorizing the City of Santa Ana to enter into an agreement with <br />National Community Renaissance of California to use grant funds to construct the <br />surrounding transportation-related improvements for the project, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement <br />No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />65A.
