OPERATIONAL NOISE LEVEL COMPLIANCE To demonstrate compliance with local noise regulations, the Project-only operational noise levels are evaluated against exterior noise level threshold based on the City of Santa Ana exterior noise level standards. Table 3 shows the operational noise levels associated with The Addington Project will satisfy the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code daytime and nighttime exterior noise level standards at all receiver locations. 2-193
