CONCLUSIONS Using reference noise levels to represent the expected noise sources from The Addington site, this analysis estimates the Project-related stationary-source noise levels at nearby sensitive receiver locations. The normal activities associated with The Addington are anticipated to include roof-top air conditioning units, trash enclosure activity, pad-mounted transformers, parking lot vehicle movements, outdoor courtyard activity, outdoor pool/spa activity and roof-top parking activities. The operational noise analysis shows that the Project-related stationary-source noise levels at the nearby sensitive receiver locations will satisfy the City of Santa Ana exterior noise level standards.
