G. A relocation plan has been prepared in conformance with applicable provisions <br />of the California Government Code section 7260, et seq., and the Relocation <br />Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 6, and <br />has been made available for public review since December 20, 2019. Each <br />potential displaced occupant was given written notification regarding the Plan's <br />availability and an opportunity to submit questions or comments. <br />H. The primary purpose of the Relocation Plan is to outline the requirements for <br />moving and re-establishing the displaced residential and business occupants, <br />and to demonstrate the level of advisory and financial assistance that will be <br />provided. <br />Based on occupant interviews, needs analyses, and searches for appropriate <br />replacement sites, the Agency estimates relocation costs to be approximately <br />$1,250,000. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />acquisition activities for Phase 2 of the Warner Avenue widening plan between Oak Street <br />and Grand Avenue. A copy of the Plan will be available in the City's Public Works Agency. <br />Section 3. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the previously <br />prepared Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2012101004) approved by the <br />City Council on September 1, 2015. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2020. <br />r - <br />Mi A.
