<br />other appurtenant fixtures and equipment necessary or useful for distributing electrical energy and for transmitting intelligence,
<br />data and/or communications (eg. through fiber optic cable) to serve one or more electric vehicle charging stations on property
<br />located at 300 East Fifth Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701, in, on, over, under, across and along that certain real property in the County
<br />of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

<br />RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, SAID PORTION IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
<br />PARCEL 1 IN THE LOT MERGER NO. 2015-1, RECORDED ON OCTOBER 09, 2018 AS DOCUMENT NO.
