Fiscal Year 2020 — 2022 CDBG Program <br />March 3, 2020 <br />Page 5 <br />A total of 32 applications were received from 27 nonprofit organizations (four non -profits submitted <br />two applications and one nonprofit submitted three applications). The applications were submitted <br />to the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission (CRHC) Ad Hoc Committee for review <br />and rating based on the following criteria: <br />COMMUNITY NEEDS <br />1.
