This <br />" - <br />program lets you designate the <br />filing/split date for apportioning <br />charges and prorating consump- <br />„„"„„, F,11 <br />lion between a FROM account (of <br />any Active code) and a To <br />account (that must be an active <br />account). <br />For example: <br />- When customers file for <br />bankruptcy, business entities <br />are required to segregate all <br />customer charges incurred <br />prior to the bankruptcy filing <br />date from any charges <br />incurred thereafter. enQuesta <br />Bankruptcy functionality <br />provides two enQuesta <br />accounts: An under -review <br />bankruptcy account <br />(protected) and an <br />unprotected bump -up <br />account (to bill any new <br />charges incurred since the <br />bankruptcy filing date). <br />- A utility customer moves to <br />another premise within the <br />utility's service area, but fails <br />to inform the utility in a timely <br />manner.
