compensation or gratuity for services authorized to be performed under this Agreement <br />except as described in this Agreement, in accordance with Exhibit 2 as updated and <br />approved by City throughout the Term of the Agreement. <br />4.7.6 Non -Discrimination <br />Contractor shall not discriminate in the provision of service or the employment of <br />Persons engaged in performance of this Agreement on account of race, color, religion, <br />sex, age, physical handicap or medical condition in violation of any applicable federal <br />or state law. <br />4.7.7 Coordination with Street Sweeping Services <br />Contractor shall coordinate with the Executive Director to ensure that Solid Waste <br />Collection is compatible with the City's street sweeping operations. Contractor will be <br />required to complete their designated routes each day so as not to interfere with the <br />City's street sweeping operations. <br />4.7.8 Change in Collection Schedule <br />Contractor shall notify City forty-five (45) days prior to, and Customers not later than <br />thirty (30) days prior to, any change in Collection operations which results in a change <br />in the day on which Solid Waste Collection occurs. Contractor will not permit any <br />Customer to go more than seven (7) days without service in connection with a <br />Collection schedule change. City's approval of any change in Collection is required <br />prior to such change, and such approval will not be withheld unreasonably. <br />Any changes in the route map or Collection schedule shall require the prior approval of <br />the City. City may require reasonable changes in the route map or Collection schedule, <br />to improve service, to resolve complaints or for other reasons. Prior to the change of a <br />route schedule, Contractor shall provide written notice of the change to affected <br />Customers ninety (90) days in advance. <br />4.7.9 Report of Accumulation of Solid Waste; Unauthorized Dumping <br />Contractor shall direct its drivers to note (1) the addresses of any Premises at which <br />they observe that Solid Waste is accumulating and is not being delivered for Collection; <br />and (2) the address, or other location description, at which Solid Waste has been <br />March 9, 2020 73 City of Santa Ana - DRAFT <br />60A-162 <br />
