Response Center of reportable quantities of Hazardous Material, found or observed in <br />Solid Waste anywhere within the City. In addition to other required notifications, if <br />Contractor observes any substances which it or its employees reasonably believe or <br />suspect to contain Hazardous Materials unlawfully Disposed of or released on any City <br />property, including storm drains, streets or other public rights of way, Contractor will <br />immediately notify the Executive Director or the Executive Director's designee. <br />Contractor shall implement and maintain a training program that will assist its <br />employees in identifying and properly disposing of any Hazardous Material that may <br />come into their possession. <br />C. Hazardous Material Diversion Records. Contractor shall maintain <br />records showing the types and quantities, if any, of Hazardous Material found in Solid <br />Waste and which was inadvertently Collected from service recipients within the City, <br />but diverted from landfilling. <br />4.18 Contractor/City Meetings <br />Contractor and City will meet monthly for the term of this Agreement, to discuss <br />concerns and comments.
