• The Recycling Coordinator shall work exclusively on the City programs <br />and services and shall not have other, non -City responsibilities or other <br />City responsibilities not related to Recycling Coordinator responsibilities <br />in the City. <br />• Contractor shall provide a fully trained and experienced Recycling <br />Coordinator on or before the start of services under this Agreement. In the <br />event of resignation of a Coordinator, Contractor shall have a maximum <br />of ninety (90) calendar days to replace the Coordinator. Contractor shall <br />notify City, in writing, of the name, education, background and <br />experience, including a resume, and a list of three (3) references for each <br />Coordinator prior to commencing operations and whenever there is a <br />change in the staffing of the positions. <br />• Upon City request, Contractor shall designate a different Coordinator if <br />the City is dissatisfied with the performance of the designated <br />Coordinator. <br />• The Contractor shall allow the City a reasonable opportunity to review, <br />request modifications to, and approve all materials including, but not <br />limited to: print, radio, television, or internet media before publication, <br />distribution, and/or release. The Recycling Coordinators shall also work <br />cooperatively with a City -selected outreach and education consultant. <br />• Technical Assistance - Contractor is responsible for providing technical assistance <br />to Customers to promote participation in the diversion programs included in this <br />Agreement, and future regulatory requirements. Contractor may utilize the services <br />of a consultant to provide these services upon approval by the City using the <br />procurement protocols set forth in Section 4.4.7. <br />• Web Site Page - Contractor shall dedicate one page of a Contractor web site to City <br />services, including, at a minimum, listing contact names and numbers for Customer <br />Service and information on Bulky Item Collection and other service -related <br />information. The Contractor shall assist the City in establishing a link to this web <br />page from the City's web site.
