and/or Yard Waste (such as a landscaper that composts or otherwise diverts <br />Organic Materials). <br />e) Commercial and Multi -Family Customers participating in food recovery <br />programs. <br />f) Commercial and Multi -Family Customers using third -party recycling. <br />g) Additional information that may be requested by CalRecycle or City related to <br />Recycling and Organics programs. <br />h) Other information or reports that City may reasonably request or require. <br />8.3.4 Annual Report <br />The Annual Report is to be essentially in the form and content of the monthly and <br />quarterly reports combined, but shall also include: <br />a) A complete inventory of equipment used to provide all services (such as vehicles <br />and Containers by size and waste stream type Container is used for). <br />b) Results of route audits. <br />c) Number of routes and route hours per day by type of service. <br />d) Copy of Hazardous Waste diversion records showing types and quantities, if <br />any, of Hazardous Waste that was inadvertently Collected, but Diverted from <br />landfilling. <br />e) Copies of all public education and outreach distributed during the reporting year <br />including the date of distribution. <br />f) A narrative summary of all City -sponsored, civic, and school events attended. <br />g) Copies of invoices documenting the amount of RNG used to provide services in <br />the City. If routes are commingled with other jurisdictions, Contractor must use <br />an allocation method to quantify the City's allocated amount. <br />8.3.5 Financial Report <br />The City may, at City's option, request the Contractor's audited financial <br />reports/statements (or parent company, if parent company submits Corporate <br />Guaranty of Performance), and Contractor's internally prepared supplemental <br />statement of income and expenses related specifically to the City of Santa Ana <br />operations, for the most recently completed fiscal year in connection with an <br />March 9, 2020 106 City of Santa Ana - DRAFT <br />60A-195 <br />
