6.c. Operating Facilities <br />Proposers must provide information about the operating facilities that they plan to use, <br />including: <br />i. Yard address for equipment and personnel staging and arrangements for maintenance of <br />equipment; <br />ii. Office address for customer service, public relations, billing, and franchise <br />administration; and, <br />iii. Other operating facilities to be used in providing service under this agreement. <br />6.d Disposal Facilities <br />Proposers are required to use the Orange County Landfill system under the terms of the <br />Waste Disposal Agreement (WDA) between the City and the County of Orange. The landfill <br />fee per ton as of July 1, 2018 is $34.18, and is adjusted annually based on the CPI. The WDA <br />expires June 30, 2025. <br />%. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />Proposers should provide an implementation schedule that demonstrates that your company <br />has the ability to implement the services in accordance with the service start date, including <br />meeting equipment, personnel, administration, maintenance, and public education <br />requirements. <br />8. AB 341, AB 1826, AND SB 1383 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />Proposer shall provide an AB 341, AB 1826, and SB 1383 implementation plan detailing <br />planned tasks, procedures and schedule to ensure the City s compliance with AB 341, AB <br />1826 and SB 1383. Planned tasks, procedures and schedules for AB 341, AB 1826 and SB 1383 <br />are included in Sections 4.3.5, 4.3.6, and 4.3.8,and shall be more fully documented in this <br />implementation plan. See Section 5.3.2 <br />9. CUSTOMER SERVICE/CUSTOMER CENTER PROCEDURES <br />Customer service is very important to the City of Santa Ana. When a customer has a request <br />for, or an issue with, solid waste service, the customer's first contact with the solid waste <br />provider is the company's call center. Describe the company's call -in center procedures, <br />including how each call is initially answered (e.g. phone tree, live operator). Include all <br />geographical locations customer service calls will be answered from (e.g., out -of state, <br />international call centers, or California based). Contractor is required to have the capability of <br />responding to the public in English and Spanish during office hours. Describe the company's <br />ability to monitor the following: <br />i.
