Extension of Conditional Use Permit No. 2017-29 and Variance No. 2017-07 <br />2129 North Main Street <br />March 17, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the approval of the time <br />extension is exempt from CEQA per Section 15061 (b)(3).
