Conditional Use Permit No. 2017-29 and Variance No. 2017-07 are <br />each hereby extended for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original City <br />Council approval to February 20, 2021. This decision is based upon the evidence <br />submitted, which includes, but is not limited to, the Request for Council Action dated <br />March 17, 2020, and exhibits attached thereto, and any public testimony, all of which <br />are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 3.
