Salas, Diana
From:
Cassandra Prado <casspradoo@gmail.com>
Sent:
Tuesday, March 17, 2020 10:17 AM
To:
eComment
Subject:
MORATORIUM ON EVICTIONS AMID COVID-19
Due to this pandemic as a resident of Santa Ana, it is imperative that elected officials. These officials have their
position due to us the people, HELP US put a moratorium on evictions and utility shut -offs immediately. This
community is the most vulnerable and filled with working-class people. I've been told to no longer go to work,
and they will not pay me; I am not the only one who faces this problem, but so many people in this community
too. Do not tear us apart; we should stand together in solidarity during these difficult times and help each
neighbor. If we can are not supported during this time, then this will be a drastic economic disaster for each of
us, including the city.
I implore you to follow governor Newsom words to put a stop on evictions. PASS A MORATORIUM ON
EVICTIONS, AND UNTITLY SHUT OFFSN NOW.
