In January I started to have water issues and the <br />problem isn't fixed still. And just last week I was given a 30 day notice to move out because they can't fix it. I don't have <br />enough money to put for a deposit on another place and I also can't afford to move as my rent is considered low and <br />this is what I can afford. I'm now in a situation where I have to find a room for rent but given the current situation with <br />COVID-19 I don't think I can find a room for rent until whatever this is resides. As a renter that is on a month to month <br />lease do I have any rights given the current situation? I don't have family ... I've lost my parents at 14 and I've been on my <br />own since. I'm 33 years old and I may be homeless soon. I'm just wondering if I have any rights or options at a time like <br />this.
