COMMUNITY BENFIT & SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT Our Mission Our Mission at Excelbis Labs, Inc., ("Excelbis") is to protect and educate cannabis consumers by testing cannabis product in compliance with CA State Regulations, while offering Research &Development services to assist cultivators and manufacturers test their products during the cultivation phase to help them produce a safe and high quality product. Excelbis is here to provide service for local cannabis cultivators and manufactures to ensure that their products pass all stringent Compliance Phase III testing requirements mandated by the California Cannabis Bureau. At Excelbis, our very knowledgeable and experienced Ph.D.'s have utilized most sophisticated instruments in the cannabis testing industry to develop methods for accuracy and precision. Excelbis' Phds bring vast experience from the clinical testing space to create a strong foundation in the cannabis testing field which will allow Excelbis to provide our clients confidence in our testing result. Community Benefits We at Excelbis acknowledge that community ties are important, and our responsibility to the community is important and our goal and mission at Excelbis is to give back to the community of Santa Ana. To achieve our goal and mission, of being a responsible citizen in the community, Excelbis feels it can offer financial assistance to the Boys and Girls club of Santa Ana, specifically the teen empowerment and its college bound programs. Because all Excelbis staff members are required to have a college education with most having post graduate degree, we feel we can offer the most value helping students prepare forcollege by offering scholarships and internships along with college guidance and academic support in high school. Which is why in addition to donating financial assistance Excelbis labs will require each of its staff to volunteer 6 hours of time every 4 months with the boys and girls club. Students with particular interests in STEM or working in a lab would benefit from these opportunities. As a lab, our needs are to constantly update devices are the end of every year, such as surface books, ipads and computers. Excelbis will establish a program to donate such devices to the boys and girls club. Excelbis will donate its' courier service and vehicles to the community by working with Route Volunteer/ Hunger hero. We will utilize ourvehicles and donate one hour of driving service one a week delivering donated food to partnering agencies. We will have one employee rotate weekly driving and delivery food. At the beginning of the holiday season, starting before thanksgiving, Excelbis will provide financial assistance to the emergency homeless shelters, Ike. Courtyard Transitional Center & the Santa Ana Armory facility) to provide thanksgiving dinners at these facilities. Additionally, for the less fortunate families and their children, Excelbis will engage in a donation program where the company and its' staff will provide toys for families with Kids through the Salvation Army of Santa
