I <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />as a liaison between FRC partners, Children's Bureau Accounting Department and <br />the FaCT Program to pay funded partners prior to invoicing COUNTY and ensuring <br />accuracy of billings; maintaining complete and accurate records of all <br />financial and outcome measurement data for the FRC; providing leadership and <br />guidance to FRC Staff and programs; ensuring quality assurance; providing <br />leadership and coordination of FRC sustainability efforts; ensuring all FRC <br />partners submit required documents including, insurance certificates, resumes, <br />and audits; and providing a qualified facilitator for the Case Management Team <br />and ensuring the meetings follow the protocol. <br />14.1.2 Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work or <br />a related field from an accredited university; three (3) years of experience <br />in management and supervision; some experience with budgeting, program <br />planning, and related administrative responsibilities; possess excellent <br />verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency in English is <br />required. <br />14.2 FRC Program Coordinator: <br />14.2.1 Duties: Responsible for providing direct supervision of <br />the Family Advocate and Data Entry staff; providing indirect supervision -of <br />other in -kind staff at the FRC; assisting the Family Advocate with conducting <br />objective assessments of family strengths and problems; providing assistance <br />in responding to emergencies at the FRC; coordinating the day-to-day <br />activities at the FRC; facilitating monthly FRC partner meetings; attending <br />FaCT meetings and Children's Bureau meetings, as required; overseeing the <br />collection of outcome measurements from each FRC partner in this Agreement; <br />assisting the Director/Program Manager with generating monthly reports; <br />preparing budget modifications for this Agreement; coordinating activities, <br />events, and services at the FRC; ensuring effective service delivery of <br />programs and outcomes; attending all required FaCT and Children's Bureau <br />(FNH0209) 34 of 4 3/181Q9? <br />
