1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />to <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28. <br />trainings: coordinating outreach activities; coordinating services provided by <br />volunteers; providing public speaking to recruit adoptive families as well as <br />outreach for the FRC; providing recruitment, selection. and training; <br />conducting performance evaluations; disciplining staff when appropriate; <br />mentoring FRC staff when appropriate; facilitating the weekly Case Management <br />Team meetings, if qualified or under the direction of a license eligible <br />clinician; and performing other duties as assigned. <br />14.2.2 Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work <br />or a related field from an accredited college; three (3) years of experience <br />working with children and families one (1) year of supervisory experience; <br />one (1) year of experience working with low income, high -risk population; <br />knowledge of case management practices; possess excellent written and verbal <br />communication skills; computer literate; ability to work cooperatively and <br />effectively in collaborative environment; bilingual in Spanish is preferred; <br />and proficiency in English is required. <br />14.3 Family Advocate: <br />14.3.1 Duties: Responsible for assessing needs and assisting <br />families in crisis with accessing resources to meet those needs; coordinating <br />information for referrals; compiling and maintaining records; preparing <br />reports; and attending all required meetings. <br />14.3.2 Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work <br />or a related field from an accredited university; two (2) years of experience <br />working with children and families; possess excellent verbal and written <br />communication skills; ability to work in a multi -cultural environment; <br />bilingual in Spanish is required; and proficiency in English is required. <br />14.4 Data Entry/Client Tracking: <br />14.4.1 Duties: Responsible for correctly entering data in the <br />FaCT database and other data systems as required; following -up with <br />(FNii6209) 35 of 42 (3/18/09) <br />
