Bilinniial <br />Spanish, proficiency in English, and valid California "Class U driver's <br />license are required. Master's degree is preferred. <br />Human Options, Inc. shall also provide the following described staff <br />positions: <br />14.14 DR Counselor: <br />14.14.1 Duties: Responsible for providing DR Individual <br />Counseling services; preparing and submitting data and reports as required by <br />ADMINISTRATOR; and attending required meetings and training. <br />14.14.2 Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in social work or <br />counseling from an accredited university, and licensed or license eligible; or <br />Ph.D. in clinical psychology; if not licensed, work under the direction of a <br />licensed clinician; one (1) year of counseling experience; and excellent <br />verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is required; and <br />proficiency in English is required. <br />14.15 DR Clinical Supervisor <br />14.15.1 Duties: Responsible for supervising DR Counselor and <br />overall program administration, personnel management, attending required <br />meetings, and completing required documentation. <br />(FNH0209J <br />40 of 42(3/18/09) <br />
