V <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />14.15.2 Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree 1n the behavioral <br />science field; three (3) years of counseling experience; knowledge of program <br />support and community development; excellent verbal and written communication <br />skills; computer literate; Valid California "Class C" driver's license is <br />required; valid Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Clinical <br />Social Worker (LCSW) licensure is preferred; bilingual in Spanish is <br />preferred; and proficiency is English is required. <br />14.16 Child Care Activity leader: <br />14.16.1 Duties: Responsible for providing child care for children <br />of parents attending FRC programs and completing required documentation; <br />providing activities including, but not be limited to, arts and crafts, <br />playing with building blocks and play dough, and educational. games such as <br />counting, sorting, color recognition, and puzzles; keeping the child care room <br />intact and organized; maintaining confidential information pertaining to <br />parents and their children; communicating effectively with the FRC Coordinator <br />and Outreach Coordinator; and attending all required trainings and meetings. <br />14.16.2 Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or one (1) <br />year of child care experience, which shall include working with infants; <br />professional demeanor; ability to deal with stressful situations; creative; <br />energetic; ability to work in a multicultural environment; ability to work <br />independently. First Aid/CPR Certificates are preferred; bilingual in Spanish <br />is preferred; proficiency in English is required. <br />14.17 Family Support Coordinator: <br />14.17.1 Duties: Responsible for developing and executing events <br />for adoptive/foster/relative caregiver families; events will range from <br />respite care events which serve birth through seventeen (0-17) years, as well <br />as family events for large groups; developing timeline of events; brochures <br />for events; maintaining records of events, including attendees; and <br />(FNH0209) <br />41 of 42 <br />(3/18/09) <br />
