The City <br />will be appraised of the impact of any change <br />order. <br />Manage Review Receive, review, distribute, and manage the review <br />of Submittals of all requests for clarifications and submittals. <br />Site Safety Review and monitor contractor's safety program <br />for compliance with Cal/OSHA. Psomas will notify <br />the contractor if unsafe conditions are observed. <br />Psomas will then notify the City if contractor <br />refuses to rectify unsafe condition. Any accidents <br />will be investigated. <br />Keep parties informed on <br />project status. <br />Provide solutions to actual <br />conditions found in field. <br />Minimize delays. <br />Disputes are avoided or <br />resolved quickly. <br />Completed project meets <br />the City's expectations for <br />quality and functionality. <br />Contractor is paid only <br />for work in place and <br />acceptable.
