1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />4.13 Use positive reinforcement techniques to work with PARTICIPANTS to resolve <br />barriers toward seeking, obtaining, and keeping employment including, but not limited to: fear of <br />going to work, anger and resentment from being required to participate in VTR or Paid WEX, low <br />self-esteem/motivation, poor compliance, problems with accessing and navigating public <br />transportation, and child care concerns. <br />4.14 Refer PARTICIPANTS to CW/WTW Staff for assistance with employment <br />support services needs, such as food, transportation, housing, mental health and substance abuse <br />issues, legal assistance, and clothing. <br />4.15 Continue to work with the PARTICIPANT in job search activities for forty-five <br />(45) days after completion of the VTR activity, unless otherwise extended to sixty (60) days per <br />Subparagraph 3.3.1.3 above. <br />4.16 Develop and provide placements in public or private, non-profit or for -profit <br />organizations, in areas identified as growth oriented, current or emerging occupations, meeting an <br />unmet community need, and in high demand with a primary focus on County of Orange <br />placements, for VTR and Paid WEX services leading to employment that is anticipated to be <br />permanent. <br />4.17 Attend meetings as requested by ADMINISTRATOR and other contracted service <br />providers, including Multi -Disciplinary Team meetings. <br />4.18 Cooperate with ADMINISTRATOR with respect to sanctions applied by <br />ADMINISTRATOR to PARTICIPANT in the event of PARTICIPANT non -cooperation. This <br />may include testifying at PARTICIPANT non-compliance hearings. <br />4.19 Provide any internal forms that will be used in service delivery, but which are not <br />mandated by ADMINISTRATOR, or by program requirements, for review and approval by <br />ADMINISTRATOR prior to implementation. <br />4.20 Maintain a case file for each PARTICIPANT served under this Agreement in a <br />format approved by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />4.21 Ensure that all services provided to PARTICIPANTS under this Agreement are <br />conducted in a manner responsive to literacy, language, and socio-cultural issues that may impact <br />WGM0319 Page 5 of 19 3-31-2020 <br />25B-47 <br />
