The chosen <br />consultants will supplement City staff by providing professional engineering design and cost <br />estimating for civil works projects related to water, sewer, recycled water systems and other <br />projects as required. The projects may include water and sewer pipeline design, facility capital <br />and rehabilitation improvements, and other projects related to the Water Resources Division's <br />operations. <br />The RFP was advertised on the City's online bid management and publication system, with bids <br />due on November 26, 2019. Sixty-seven contractors downloaded the project documents. Twelve <br />proposals were received and evaluated by a selection committee based on criteria as outlined in <br />the RFP.
