Invitations/notices were mailed to property owners and occupants/tenants in a 500-foot radius from the project site. Approximately 40 members of the public attended, as well as 3 City staff. The applicant provided all the required information to the City after the meeting. Details from the community meeting were posted to the project's webpage at https://www.santa- ana.org/pb/planning-division/major-plannina-projects-and- documents/one broadwayplaza. Notification by mail was mailed to all property owners, occupants, and other interested parties within 500 feet of the project site in accordance with SAMC requirements. Newspaper posting was published in the Orange County Register in accordance with SAMC requirements. Additional Measures Staff has been in contactwith interested groups and/or individuals regarding the proposed project. FISCAL IMPACT There is no fiscal impact associated with approval of these actions. CONCLUSION Based on the analysis provided within this report, it is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the addendum to the previously certified EIR and re -adopt the MMRP, adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2020-01, and adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2020-02.
