No Impact. The Proposed Project is located in an urban environment and is surrounded by existing development. Installation or maintenance of associated infrastructures would not exacerbate fire risk or result in temporary ongoing impacts to the environment as wildland nor wildland interface areas exist at or around the Project Site area. No impact would occur for the Proposed Project and no changes or new information would require preparation of a subsequent EIR. d) Expose people or structures to significant risks, including downslope or downstream flooding or landslides, as a result of runoff, post -fire slope instability, or drainage changes? Less Than Significant Impact/No Changes or New Information Requiring Preparation of an EIR. As discussed in the Certified EIR, the Project Site is flat and located in an urbanized area. The Project Site is not subject to landslides or slope instability. The Project Site is not located in or adjacent to wildland area. As with the Approved Project, adherence to appropriate mitigation would assure that impacts related to runoff and drainage changes for the Proposed Project would remain less than significant. As documented in this analysis, the Proposed Project would not result in new significant impacts or a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified effects and is consistent with the Certified EIR and would not require the preparation of a subsequent EIR. 5.20.3 Adopted Mitigation Measures Applicable to the Proposed Project Refer to Mitigation Measure PS-1 through PS-9 under the Section 5.15, Public Services.
