ONE BROADWAY PLAZA PROJECT EIR ADDENDUM <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />3. Project Description <br />■ General Plan Amendment No. 2020-01. The applicant is requesting approval of a general plan <br />amendment to allow residential uses on the Project Site. The current One Broadway Plaza District Center <br />(OBPDC) General Plan Land Use designation does not currently allow for residential uses. <br />■ Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2020-02. The applicant is requesting approval of a Zoning <br />Ordinance Amendment to allow residential uses in the One Broadway Plaza Specific Development District <br />(SD 75) and create development standards for residential uses including density/unit provisions. The <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendment would also adjust FAR and revise parking requirements.
