Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2016-36 was filed for this <br />project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total delivery cost of this project is <br />$1,081,000, which includes construction contract, contract administration, inspection and testing, <br />and project contingency. Approval of the Appropriation Adjustment will recognize $935,000 in <br />Fiscal Year 2018-19 Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) construction funds in the Select <br />Street Construction, Federal Grant -Indirect revenue account (No. 05917002-52001) and <br />reappropriate the same amount into the Select Street Construction, Improvements Other Than <br />Building expenditure account (No. 05917660-66220). The reallocation of $18,000 in unspent <br />Fiscal Year 2018-19 Measure M2 Local Fairshare funds will be available to fully fund the City's <br />$146,000 matching funds requirement. <br />r1- <br />
