MA-60 Broadband Needs of Housing occupied by Low- and Moderate -Income <br />Households - 91.210(a)(4), 91.310(a)(2) <br />Describe the need for broadband wiring and connections for households, including low- and <br />moderate -income households and neighborhoods. <br />Throughout the City of Santa Ana, residents have consistent and multiple options to access broadband, <br />high-speed internet. For broadband download speeds of 25 megabytes per second (mbps), 100% of <br />residents are serviced by at least three internet service providers. For download speeds of 100 mbps, 71% <br />of residents are serviced by two internet service providers and 28% of residents are serviced by one <br />provider.
