Through this rule, all new HUD -funded multi- <br />family construction or substantial rehabilitation has included broadband infrastructure including cables, <br />fiber optics, wiring and wireless connectivity to ensure that each unit has the infrastructure to achieve at <br />least 25 mbps download and 3 mbps upload speeds. <br />Describe the need for increased competition by having more than one broadband Internet <br />service provider serve the jurisdiction. <br />Throughout the city, residents are serviced by two, oftentimes at least three internet service providers <br />who offer high speed internet.
