SP-50 Public Housing Accessibility and Involvement — 91.215(c) <br />Need to Increase the Number of Accessible Units (if Required by a Section 504 Voluntary <br />Compliance Agreement) <br />N/A, The City of Santa Ana does not have a Section 504 Voluntary Compliance Agreement. <br />Activities to Increase Resident Involvements <br />SAHA encourages residents of Santa Ana to play a significant role in the preparation of the Consolidated <br />Plan. This is done through presentations at community meetings, online communication, public notices, <br />and public hearings. A broad citizen participation process was implemented with traditional and electronic <br />communication being used to notify the community of ongoing planning efforts. The City of Santa Ana has <br />coordinated with public agencies, private entities, and community residents through the City of Santa <br />Ana's Neighborhood Initiatives Program (NIP).
