If they are like <br />my family, they are most likely very low-income. There needs to be more <br />outreach to these families about what their rights are. She <br />struggled a bit to keep it open because she did not speak enough <br />Spanish to connect with the clientele. I am wondering what are some <br />incentives or things we can do to encourage Santa Ana residents to invest <br />and open up small businesses? Even though my mom sold her shop, I <br />could potentially see her getting support to hire staff who spoke Spanish <br />to make the services more accessible.
