Great need for mixed development of housing, jobs, parks and <br />transportation. Infrastructure improvements are not keeping up with <br />obsolescence. <br />51. Retain historic nature of neighborhoods, avoid high density apartment <br />development <br />52. Build more mixed -use buildings in industrial and business zoned areas. Do <br />not allow the development of high-rise living communities in or directly <br />adjacent to single-family neighborhoods. Shut down ALL non -licensed pot <br />shops. Build family homes or condominiums for low income or assistance need <br />families that are affordable and actually functional, not dilapidated or <br />unsafe as has been the case for the last decade. <br />63. The community needs our streets repaired. Our community needs new led <br />lights. Our Alleys are a mess. <br />64. Homes for everyone who is homeless. <br />65. We need more affordable housing to reduce rent prices. Economically, <br />the more units we have, the less they will rent for. Creating incentives for <br />landowners to rent low can be a way to help reduce rent prices. <br />66.
