Methods of outreach included workshops, informational booths <br />at community events, presentations to community groups, staff trainings, and distribution <br />of multi-lingual fair housing literature. <br />• Conducted focused outreach and education to small property owners/landlords on fair <br />housing, and race, reasonable accommodation and familial status issues in particular. <br />Conducted property manager trainings on a regular basis, targeting managers of smaller <br />properties, and promoted fair housing certificate training. <br />• Provided general counseling and referrals to address tenant -landlord issues and provided <br />periodic tenant -landlord walk-in clinics at City Hall and other community locations. <br />12 <br />75A-291 <br />
