Public Hearing — 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan, Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing <br />May 5, 2020 <br />Page 5 <br />The Consolidated Plan includes the first of five Annual Action Plans during the five-year period <br />covered by the Consolidated Plan. The Annual Action Plan describes the intended use of the City's <br />entitlement grants specifically for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021. For FY 2020-2021, the City will <br />receive $5,735,518 in CDBG, $500,947 in ESG and $1,818,699 in HOME Program funds from <br />HUD. In addition, the City will re -program $976,731 of prior year CDBG resources. Efforts were made to encourage participation <br />by low- and moderate -income persons, particularly those living in slum and blighted areas and in <br />areas where HUD funds are proposed to be used, and by residents of predominantly low- and <br />75A-5 <br />
