<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION:
<br />
<br />1. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Capital Improvement
<br />Program adding the Local Street Curb Ramp Improvements Phase II Project
<br />with a budget of $405,490 in reprogrammed Community Development Block
<br />Grant (CDBG) funding.
<br />
<br />2. Award a construction contract to Vido Samarzich, Inc., the lowest responsible
<br />bidder, in accordance with the base bid, in the amount of $398,700, for
<br />construction of the Local Street Curb Ramp Improvements Phase II Project, for
<br />the term beginning May 5, 2020 and ending upon project completion, and
<br />authorize the City Manager to execute the contract subject to non-substantive
<br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney.
<br />
<br />3. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost
<br />of $405,490, which includes $398,700 for the construction contract, $6,790 for
<br />contract administration, inspection and testing, paid with Community
<br />Development Block Grant funding.

<br />23B. AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF A CHANGE ORDER TO INCREASE THE
<br />CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH R.J. NOBLE (PROJECT NO. 19-6941) BY

<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the issuance of a change order to
<br />increase the existing construction contract with R.J. Noble (Project No. 19-6941) to
<br />perform additional street improvements in the amount of $952,978, for a new total
<br />not to exceed $1,986,338, to be completed by June 30, 2020, subject to non-
<br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney

<br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute an
<br />amendment to the agreements with Mike Prlich and Sons, Paulus Engineering,
<br />Inc., and TE Roberts, Inc. to provide on-call emergency sewer and water system
<br />repair services for the three-year period beginning August 20, 2019, and expiring
<br />August 19, 2022, with a provision for one two-year extension exercisable by the City
<br />Manager and City Attorney, by increasing the total aggregate annual amount by
<br />$250,000, for a total aggregate agreement increase amount not to exceed $1,250,000,
