He and his teams have <br />been responsible for the preparation of numerous construction PS&E forwater and sewer <br />pipelines, water pumping stations, wastewater lift stations, wells, and reservoirs. He has <br />also prepared master plans for both municipal and private -sector clients for potable water, <br />sanitary sewer, and recycled water systems. Mr. Nagle has used his combination of <br />planning and design experience to <br />prepare capital improvement programs (CIPs), <br />condition assessment studies, and engineering feasibility studies. John is a proven team <br />leader and well -respected Project and Task Manager, committed to delivering technically sound and <br />innovative design solutions. For this project, John will be the day-to-day contact with the City <br />ensuring project design, schedule, and budget goals are met. He will facilitate weekly internal <br />project coordination calls with the task leads and other key team member to review schedule, <br />discuss ongoing tasks, and exchange information so everybody has the latest information to work <br />with. Jnagle(oDmbakerintl.com <br />John Moynier, CFM, CEP I Project Principal, CEQA, Hydrogeology <br />Mr. Moynier serves as the firm's Water Resource Practice Manager for Southern California. <br />He has over 35 years of experience in the water resource, floodplain management and <br />environmental planning fields. He has a strong background in local agency operations and <br />management, and has split his career between the public and private sectors. Specifically, <br />John is a recognized expert in integrated water resource planning and flood risk <br />assessments, as well as the preparation of analyses conducted under the CEQA and <br />NEPA, as well as compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and SB 92 <br />inundation mapping. John serves on the Board of Directors for the Floodplain Management Association <br />(FMA) and the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP). He is a Certified <br />Environmental Professional (CEP) and a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). He has extensive <br />experience in developing practical and cost-effective solutions to water and wastewater <br />design challenges. A proven innovator of creative ideas and technical excellence, Mr. <br />Harris is responsible for a full range of professional services, including planning, design, <br />and construction support services for water supply, water, and wastewater treatment <br />facilities. His experience includes distribution and transmission mains, pumping stations, <br />flow control facilities, reservoirs, unit processes, water and wastewater treatment <br />plants, storm drainage lines, roads and parking areas, site development, and related civil engineering <br />structures. For water resources projects, Mr. Harris has been responsible for value engineering, economic <br />analysis, environmental documentation and regulatory permit preparation, and construction management. <br />Dan Smith, PE I Technical Review <br />Mr. Smith has over 38 years of diverse engineering experience in the water/wastewater <br />industry encompassing project management, planning and design, construction <br />management, office and design team management, and business development.
