Her experience includes the design of water and wastewater infrastructure, <br />storm sewer design, drainage area mapping, preparation of environmental documents, <br />and construction management. <br />Rivera has completed the Texas Department of Transportation Qualificiation <br />certification for Local Government Project Procedures (LGPP) to manage federally <br />funded programs. She has managed several design and construction projects that <br />were funded with federal funds.
