He <br />has been involved in the design of many highly complex structures for flood control and <br />soil and water conservation construction programs for the Corps of Engineers (COE) <br />and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Projects have included <br />reinforced concrete hydraulic structures such as trapezoidal channel paving, rectangular <br />channels, impact basins, drop structures, retaining walls, and reinforced concrete for <br />principal and auxiliary spillways of lakes and dams.
